This ArrestFacts guide follows the company’s published privacy route. Work through the steps in order, send only the identifiers needed to locate your record, and keep the confirmation until you have checked the result.

Start at the company’s own privacy or consumer-rights page.
Find the matching record and use the site’s privacy or contact route to request correction or removal.
Use the link below rather than a sponsored search result. The page should be on arrestfacts.com or a clearly identified company privacy portal.
Step 2
Select deletion, suppression, do-not-sell, do-not-share, or marketing opt-out as appropriate.
Choose the option that asks ArrestFacts to stop using or disclosing your personal information. If the form offers both deletion and sale/sharing opt-out, submit the request that matches what you want and read the scope before sending it.
Do not select a business-account, vendor, or employment request unless you are contacting the company in that capacity.
Step 3
Make the match easy without handing over more information than the form needs.
Have your full name, current or former location, and any ArrestFacts profile URL, customer ID, work history, or email address connected to the record ready.
Include the record URL, your name, location, and the exact case or personal detail that is inaccurate.
Keep a copy of the exact details you submit. They make a later follow-up much easier if the company cannot find the first request.
Check: Never upload a passport, driver’s license, or other identity document unless the company’s privacy page specifically requires it and you are comfortable with that request.
Step 4
Review the scope, then submit it from the company’s form or privacy inbox.
Read the confirmation language before pressing Submit. Check that your request names ArrestFacts, describes the record you want removed or suppressed, and uses an inbox you can open.
Take a screenshot of the completed form or copy the confirmation number before leaving the page.

Wait About 10–15 minutes to submit; allow several weeks for processing, then search the same name and location in a private browser window. Try one genuine name or location variation if the first search does not find the record.
