Treat removal as a follow-up task, not a one-click promise.
Record the submission date, confirmation number, and the original CoStar Group URL or identifier.
Wait About 10 minutes to submit; allow several weeks for processing, then search the same name and location in a private browser window. Try one genuine name or location variation if the first search does not find the record.
If the listing is still visible, reply to the confirmation message or use the same privacy route. Include the original reference instead of starting from scratch.
