Step 2

Step 3
Make the match easy without handing over more information than the form needs.

Include your name, location, date of birth if requested, report reference, and the exact record detail you want reviewed.

Step 4
Review the scope, then submit it from the company’s form or privacy inbox.
Read the confirmation language before pressing Submit. Check that your request names CriminalScreen, describes the record you want removed or suppressed, and uses an inbox you can open.
Take a screenshot of the completed form or copy the confirmation number before leaving the page.
Check: Use a separate email alias when the form accepts one, but keep that inbox active until every verification message arrives.

Open the newest message, check that the link leads to the company’s domain, and complete the action before the link expires.
Check: If the message does not arrive, check spam and promotions, then request one fresh message. Avoid opening several old verification links at once.
Step 6
Treat removal as a follow-up task, not a one-click promise.
Record the submission date, confirmation number, and the original CriminalScreen URL or identifier.
Wait About 10–20 minutes to submit; allow several weeks for processing, then search the same name and location in a private browser window. Try one genuine name or location variation if the first search does not find the record.
If the listing is still visible, reply to the confirmation message or use the same privacy route. Include the original reference instead of starting from scratch.
