Step 1
Start at the company’s own privacy or consumer-rights page.
Open LeadZod and use its privacy or contact route for a business-contact suppression request.
Use the link below rather than a sponsored search result. The page should be on leadzod.com or a clearly identified company privacy portal.
Step 2
Select deletion, suppression, do-not-sell, do-not-share, or marketing opt-out as appropriate.

Include your name, employer, job title, work email, phone, and the campaign or source tied to the lead.
Keep a copy of the exact details you submit. They make a later follow-up much easier if the company cannot find the first request.
Check: Never upload a passport, driver’s license, or other identity document unless the company’s privacy page specifically requires it and you are comfortable with that request.
Step 4
Review the scope, then submit it from the company’s form or privacy inbox.
Read the confirmation language before pressing Submit. Check that your request names LeadZod, describes the record you want removed or suppressed, and uses an inbox you can open.
Take a screenshot of the completed form or copy the confirmation number before leaving the page.
Check: Use a separate email alias when the form accepts one, but keep that inbox active until every verification message arrives.
Step 5
Many privacy requests stay open until you confirm the email or answer an identity check.
The privacy contact may verify the work email or another professional identifier before suppressing the lead.
Open the newest message, check that the link leads to the company’s domain, and complete the action before the link expires.
Check: If the message does not arrive, check spam and promotions, then request one fresh message. Avoid opening several old verification links at once.
Step 6
Treat removal as a follow-up task, not a one-click promise.
Record the submission date, confirmation number, and the original LeadZod URL or identifier.
Wait About 10 minutes to submit; allow several weeks for a response, then search the same name and location in a private browser window. Try one genuine name or location variation if the first search does not find the record.
If the listing is still visible, reply to the confirmation message or use the same privacy route. Include the original reference instead of starting from scratch.
