Take a screenshot of the completed form or copy the confirmation number before leaving the page.
Check: Use a separate email alias when the form accepts one, but keep that inbox active until every verification message arrives.
Step 5
Many privacy requests stay open until you confirm the email or answer an identity check.
Browser opt-outs are device-specific. Magnite may ask for additional information for a record-level request.
Open the newest message, check that the link leads to the company’s domain, and complete the action before the link expires.
Check: If the message does not arrive, check spam and promotions, then request one fresh message. Avoid opening several old verification links at once.
Step 6
Treat removal as a follow-up task, not a one-click promise.
Record the submission date, confirmation number, and the original Magnite URL or identifier.
Wait About 5–10 minutes; browser preferences apply immediately, then search the same name and location in a private browser window. Try one genuine name or location variation if the first search does not find the record.
If the listing is still visible, reply to the confirmation message or use the same privacy route. Include the original reference instead of starting from scratch.
