This OK Caller guide follows the company’s published privacy route. Work through the steps in order, send only the identifiers needed to locate your record, and keep the confirmation until you have checked the result.
Step 1
Start at the company’s own privacy or consumer-rights page.
Find the matching phone record and use the site’s privacy or contact route to request suppression.

Take a screenshot of the completed form or copy the confirmation number before leaving the page.

Open the newest message, check that the link leads to the company’s domain, and complete the action before the link expires.
