Step 1
Start at the company’s own privacy or consumer-rights page.
Optimal Fusion provides a form to request access, deletion, or a do-not-sell instruction, plus an email route for data-protection questions.

Step 2

Step 4
Review the scope, then submit it from the company’s form or privacy inbox.
Read the confirmation language before pressing Submit. Check that your request names Optimal Fusion, describes the record you want removed or suppressed, and uses an inbox you can open.
Take a screenshot of the completed form or copy the confirmation number before leaving the page.
Check: Use a separate email alias when the form accepts one, but keep that inbox active until every verification message arrives.
Step 5
Many privacy requests stay open until you confirm the email or answer an identity check.

Record the submission date, confirmation number, and the original Optimal Fusion URL or identifier.
Wait About 5–10 minutes to submit; allow several weeks for processing, then search the same name and location in a private browser window. Try one genuine name or location variation if the first search does not find the record.
If the listing is still visible, reply to the confirmation message or use the same privacy route. Include the original reference instead of starting from scratch.
