Treat removal as a follow-up task, not a one-click promise.
Record the submission date, confirmation number, and the original Outward Media URL or identifier.
Wait About 10 minutes to submit; allow several weeks for processing, then search the same name and location in a private browser window. Try one genuine name or location variation if the first search does not find the record.
